As we previously speculated, Apple just released iOS 9.3.1, a special patch firmware for fixing the links crashing issue when opening in Safari and Mail app.
iOS 9.3 can be described as one of the worst firmware ever, although before this Apple already released another ‘iOS 9.3’ to fix the activation error occurred on some old devices, such as iPhone 5 and iPad 2, but the company did not completely fix all defects.
