YouTube for iOS Ushered an Update With the Much-anticipated Material Design

This Monday, YouTube application for iOS ushered an update by Google with the much-anticipated material design look and feel that Android devices have had for some time.

New interface of YouTube app looks a whole lot nicer than before with its use of bolder colors, which are noticeable right off the bat with the red navigation bar with tabs for easy navigation between your video feed, subscription videos, and your own user profile. Above, you can see some screenshot examples of the new YouTube application.

It’s also worth noting that Google has put some time into developing basic integrated tools that help users edit the videos that they want to publish on YouTube in this update:

The redesigned YouTube app makes it easier to find what you love. Now your recommended videos, favorite channels, and subscriptions can be accessed by tapping each icon or swiping your screen. You can also create fun videos on the fly with new in-app editing tools.
