    My iPad 2 suddenly not working after the device upgraded to iOS 9.3? The device totally unresponsive to touch and any button presses, it is likely bricked.
    how to fix?

    You should restore the firmware using iTunes to fix the issue, download the firmware from: https://applelives.com/topics/download/firmware, then plug in your device into a PC and then use iTunes to update the iOS build in your iPad 2.
