How to Install AppCake Repo on iOS 9.3.1 and iOS 9.3 Without Jailbreak

Is there a way to install AppCake on iOS 9.3.2, iOS 9.3 without jailbreak? Although I already know how to install Appcake on a jailbroken device:

Step 1: Unlock your device and Launch Cydia from your home screen.

Step 2: Go to the Sources Tab, tap on Edit – Add and then input the AppCake’s Cydia Repo: http://cydia.iphonecake.com

Step 3: Wait until Cydia adds and downloads all the required information for the AppCake Repo.How to Install AppCake on iOS 9

Step 4: Now, go to the Search Tab and search for AppCake.

Step 5: The AppCake App sill appears on the results. Tap on it and then tap on the Install Option on the top right corner of the window.How to Install AppCake on iOS 9

Wait for Cydia to finish the installation and then AppCake for iOS 9 will be installed on your device.
