Yesterday, Apple released iOS 9.1 with several improvements and fixes, while patched two Pangu jailbreak vulnerabilities in this new update. This means jailbreakers should stay away from iOS 9.1 to keep their jailbreak on iOS 9.0.2.
iOS 9.1 includes several new contents, such as the improvements to Live Photos, a slot of new emojis like the taco, burrito, cheese wedge, middle finger, unicorn head, and more as per the latest Unicode specification, and a new option in Settings for the Messages app, which allows users to disable photos for their contacts, to do that, you simply have to open Settings and head to the Messages section, where you will find the ‘Show Contact Photos’ option. In addition, the new version also includes updates to the Live Wallpapers.
If you are interested in these new contents of iOS 9.1, then you can upgrade your device to iOS 9.1 simply by heading to Settings app to download it over the air. You can also download it through iTunes or using the download links posted below.
