Today, Apple published its new iAd Specificatioins 2016 for News app, the document lists the iAd banner and video ad formats that run in News, and the asset specifications that should be used for ad unit creation.
The Ad formats in News app including six kinds of banner formats and a pre-roll video option, which displays in both portrait and landscape device orientations.
