LiveRinging is a new jailbreak tweak for iOS 9 jailbroken device, which changes the phone call background into a video in your camera roll, just like the photo contact appear when someone calls you.

LiveRinging tweak allows you to choose video for unknown calls, a specific contact or all contacts, whether outgoing or incoming calls. It also supports Facetime audio calls.
LiveRinging tweak is available now in Cydia via BigBoss Repo for $1.99 and is compatible with iPhone/iPad running iOS 9 or later. Once you installed it, a new preference pane should be added in Settings app, where you can choose video for unknow numbers and choose video for all contacts. To choose video for a specific contact, just open the Contacts list, select any one you want to add, then tap on add video option.
