The SIM-free iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus do not come with a nano-SIM, you need to buy a nano-SIM card separately from any carrier around the world, including AT&T, Verizon and T-Mobile.
To buy an unlocked iPhone 6s (A1633) and iPhone 6s Plus (A1634), you will have to pay in full for the SIM-free iPhone and cannot available any financing options.
